Tuition and Fees

All students, as a condition for completing registration, are required to pay all fees and charges assessed at registration. Recipients of scholarships or grants, should verify acceptance and the amount with the Financial Aid Office prior to registration. Tuition and fees are assessed to assist in the funding of a student's cost of education. The Board of Trustees establishes the fee rate schedule each year. Tuition and fee information may also be found in the COTO Schedule of Classes and the COTO Student Handbook.

Please Note: In March 2014, the COTO Board of Trustees passed tuition increases, which will go into effect with the Fall 2014 semester.  In-State tuition increases from $85 to $88 per Semester Credit Hour, and Out-of-State tuition increases from $170 to $176 per Semester Credit Hour and the International Tuition increases from $255 to $ $264 per Semester Credit Hour.  In addition, the Building/Supply User fee has increased from $8  to $9 per Semester Credit Hour, and all PN and RN clinical and enhancement course fees are increased to $25 per Semester Credit Hour.
