College of the Ouachitas in Malvern, Arkansas, seeks full-time Director of Admissions/ Registrar to provide leadership and management for the College’s admissions, registration, and records functions. Duties include directing recruitment, admissions, and enrollment of diverse student population; preserving quality and integrity of student academic records; monitoring college curriculum, registration, and graduation functions; and ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state regulations. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university; three years of increasing administrative responsibilities in the registrar’s and/or admissions office; ability to plan, delegate, and monitor admissions and registrar functions.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university in student affairs or related field; additional years of registrar’s and/or admissions experience can be used in place of advanced education; experience in staff supervision; excellent communication skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced, high student contact environment; and familiarity with PowerCampus.
The salary range is $45,000-$55,000, commensurate with educational background, training and experience. Position will remain open until filled.
